We are now seeking a driven individual to join our team to oversee daily store operations, inspire our teams, and drive sales success.

We are seeking someone who has:
- Proven supervisory experience in the service sector, with a strong ability to lead and inspire teams.
- A passion for sales and a goal-oriented, results-driven attitude.
- The ability to coach and develop your team members, empowering them to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the initiative to exceed customer expectations.
- A calm demeanor under pressure and the ability to thrive in a busy, constantly evolving environment.
- Fluency in English. Finnish language is a plus.
The role of Shop Floor Manager also includes the following competencies and responsibilities:
- Strong communication skills
- Accountability for the team’s performance and results
- Confidence and genuine motivation to work in a supervisory role
- A proactive, self‑driven and well‑organized working style
- Responsibility for recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Ensuring that company procedures and operational standards are consistently followed in daily work
Work Schedule & Requirements:
Our stores are open every day from 03:30 to 01:00, meaning flexibility is required, with shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
The role involves also standing for extended periods and navigating the airport's long distances.
Please note that to be able to work at airport, you will go through a background safety clearance, and you are required to have a valid proof of identity. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already hold a valid work permit to work in Finland.
