Mitä ravintolatyöntekijän työtehtäviin kuuluu?
- Asiakaspalvelu ja tuotteiden valmistaminen
- Kassatyö
- Yksikön siisteydestä huolehtiminen ja muut yleiset ravintolatehtävät
Menestyt tehtävässä, jos
- sinulla on aiempaa kokemusta asiakaspalvelusta ja ymmärrät, että ystävällinen ja aktiivinen asenne sekä tilannetaju ovat tärkeä osa asiakkaan erinomaista ravintolaelämystä.
- et hätkähdä nopeaa työrytmiä ja pysyt rauhallisena myös kiireessä.
- kommunikoit sujuvasti suomeksi ja/tai englanniksi. Muut kielet ovat aina plussaa lentoasemalla!
- olet joustava työaikojen suhteen. Vuoroja on aamuvarhaisesta iltaan ja viikonloppuisin. Huomioithan myös, että työ on seisomatyötä ja lentoasemalla etäisyydet voivat olla pitkiä.
- Lisäksi kokemus à la carte -tarjoilusta on aina arvostettua, mutta ei pakollinen.
- Hygienia- ja anniskelupassi vaaditaan. Jos sinulla ei vielä ole niitä, ei hätää, voit suorittaa ne ensimmäisen kuukauden aikana.

Palkka määräytyy Matkailu-, ravintola- ja vapaa-ajan palvelujen työehtosopimuksen mukaan.

Avolta is looking for counter employees for the summer 2026 to our restaurants and cafes at Helsinki Airport.

Avolta Finland operates variety of restaurants at Helsinki Airport and these include Pier Zero, Bubbles, Terracotta, two Nordic Kitchens, Two Tigers, Asian Street Cooking, two Helsinki Markets, three Burger Kings and two Espresso Houses. Our food varies from sushi to pasta, burgers to pizza and many more.
What do the tasks of counter employee includes?
- Customer service and preparing products
- Cashier duties
- Keeping the unit clean and other general restaurant tasks
You will shine in this position when
- You have some earlier experience from customer service, you know that friendly and proactive attitude as well as good eye to handle different situations to ensure our customers continue their journey with a smile.
- You do not find a fast-paced work tempo too stressful and can keep calm under pressure.
- You can communicate fluently in Finnish and/or English. Any other language skills are always an advantage at the airport!
- You have flexibility regarding different working hours, including evenings, early mornings and weekend work. Please also note that this is standing work and distances in the airport can be long.
In addition applicants with bar skills and passionate baristas are always appreciated! Experience in à la carte service is also appreciated, but not mandatory.
Hygiene and alcohol passes are required for the position. If you don’t have those already, don’t worry, you can complete those during the first month of employment.

We offer summer contracts with 60 or 90 hours/3 weeks. Upon agreement, you can stay with us until the end of August or September.
Salary is based on Hotel, restaurant & leisure collective agreement.
