We are now looking for baristas to join the Espresso House team at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport for the summer season 2025.

As a barista, you will:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and products according to brand standards
- Offer excellent guest service and create a welcoming café atmosphere
- Keep the café clean, organized, and operating efficiently
- Work as part of a team and help maintain daily routines
We expect from you:
- A positive attitude and guest-focused mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and stay calm during busy shifts
- Interest in coffee and a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills in Finnish and/or English
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Previous experience in hospitality or barista work is an advantage, but not required.

We offer summer contracts with 60 or 90 hours/3 weeks between April to September. Work starts around April or May with full Espresso House training. Our restaurants are open from early mornings to late evenings everyday of the year, so be prepared to work in different shifts.
Salary is based on Hotel, restaurant & leisure collective agreement.
